had a battery issue had been told battery was good I went to Wimer thinking I needed an alternator but was just a bad battery all along an unscrupulous mechanic would have sold me an alternator and would have still needed a battery

Got my first oil change. Dropped vehicle off and told them I would be back to get it later. Asked them unlocked and to leave keys in it and park beside dealership. Came back 3 hours later to get vehicle and vehicle was locked and no keys! Took me 35 minutes to get someone to come unlock shop and find my keys! Other than that, everything was good!

I have brought my Cadillac here twice for service. Once for new tires and once for its 45k mile service. Both times the service was completed ok except the tire pressures were not correct per factory specifications. The biggest issue is both times I have received my car back greasy. The first visit it was on my driver seat and raised time greasy hand prints on the fenders, grill and hood.
